John Evans, a 74-year-old pensioner from Nottingham, attempts to break his 100th world record- despite his family’s best wishes.

On the dawn of his 75th birthday, John ‘Strongman’ Evans attempts to do something no other pensioner has done before: lift a heavy crown for charity. Having discovered his ‘superhuman’-talent when bricklaying, the ability has led him around the world- showcasing his skills to generations. Nowadays, John resides in Ilkeston... though the dream is far from over.
